Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (EasyAssist, Spandauer Str. 52, 13581 Berlin, E-Mail: hello@easyassist.berlin) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
Special Notes
Your right to cancel expires prematurely if the contract is fully fulfilled by both parties at your express request before you exercise your right to cancel.

Important:
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery method offered by us), without delay and at the latest within 14 days from the date on which we received your notification of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have explicitly agreed to a different method; in any case, we will not charge you any fees for this refund.
If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided to you in comparison to the total scope of services agreed upon in the contract.
